My Ancestor: An Andersonville Casualty
Guest Speaker: Carole Morton, PH.D.

Carole Morton will recount the story of her ancestor Elbert Jones and his experiences and fate in war, from the Massacre of Fort Pillow to his demise at the infamous Andersonville POW camp in Georgia.

Carole is an expert in the research of ancestral history, is a member of several SoCal Civil War Round Tables, and is the Board of Trustees Chair for the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, 1861-1865.
