April General Meeting: Royal Bastards: Gateway to Royalty Research

The Rev. Dr. Gary Dickey returns to our society to provide us hope that perhaps you are a descendent of English royalty.  But perhaps not in the manner in which you would like.  You might be fortunate to have legitimate lineage to a king or queen, but then again, you might also be linked to royalty via illegitimate offspring.  He will help us determine, based upon the results of his extensive research on the multitude of illegitimate offspring fathered by several English Kings beginning in 1066 through 1485, whether you might be of royal descent or just some poor bastard who missed the royal cut.  By any means, we will enjoy learning about “Royal Bastards: Gateway to Royalty Research”.  And for your added pleasure, he will appear in his Scottish kilts and entertain us briefly with his bagpipes.
