CVGS DNA SIG –  “What’s New at the DNA Testing Sites and Third Party Tools” by Colleen Yinger

Rescheduled for 3rd Friday of May (2 weeks later than usual).

The major DNA testing sites frequently add new features and tools, particularly around the time of the annual Family Search RootsTech conference in early March.  At our May meeting, we will review what’s new at the major testing sites:  Ancestry, 23andMe, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, and Living DNA.  We will also talk about recent changes to the WATO (What Are The Odds) third party tool and the introduction of the new BanyanDNA tool.  Be prepared to jump in and share your favorite new capabilities and how they are helping break down brick walls in your family tree!

Virtual Meeting,  For more info, contact Colleen Yinger at dna@conejovalleygenealogicalsociety.org
